CUSTOM ORDERS

All custom made orders operate with a no-refund policy once payment has been made and production has begun, because all our “Custom-Made” orders are made specifically for you with the measurements you provided.. 

If there are any issues with your order please contact us within 2 days of receiving it and we will advise according to your individual order on what needs to be done.

 

​READY TO WEAR ORDERS

A refund or an exchange of a merchandise will be accepted within 7 days of delivery. If an item is faulty or wrongly described you may request a refund or an exchange for another item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@lylacouture.com or +1 (443) 657-3035. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
