Shipping policy

Lyla Couture is a custom-made clothing line, meaning every item is made after the order has been place. 

Please find the following information & timeframes for shipping & delivery.

It takes up to 5-8 weeks for your garment/garments to be Design, Cut and Made, then its shipped within the next 3 to 10 business days based on customer choice of courier. Customer are responsible for the shipping cost.

USA/CANADA

Standard shipping - 3-7 business days

Express shipping - 3-4 business days

EUROPE (EU & NON-EU)

Standard shipping - 7-10 business days

Express shipping - 3-5 business days

 

International shipping outside of the USA may be eligible for customs charges. Please check customs information for your country. We cannot be held responsible for Customs & Tax charges.
