Thank you for choosing Lyla Couture! We're thrilled to be part of your special day! It will be a pleasure to bring your vision to life!
We offer both virtual and in-person consultations! And customers may need to schedule an appointment for either virtual or in-person consultation.
- During the consultation, we will have in-depth discussion about the dress design, fabric choices and color, provide final cost and also put you through on how to take your body measurements.
- The duration of the consultations may vary depending on the complexity of the measurements needed and the extent of the customer's questions or concerns.
- Measurements: please wear fitted clothing and have a measuring tape in hand on the day of virtual consultation. During our virtual consultations, we ensuring the accuracy of your measurements by providing clear instructions and demonstration to assist our customers in this process. For in-person consultation: No need to have a measuring tape and your body measurements will be taken by Lyla herself at our studio.
- There is a fees associated with the consultations. These fees is not included as part of a purchase. Once you’ve decided on the fabric of your choice, we will place the order of your fabric. Please note that once the order has been placed, you cannot change the fabric or cancel your order.
- Our policies regarding cancellation and rescheduling of consultations. Customers may need to provide advance notice if they need to change or cancel their appointment.
- Payment/price: (all material included)! At least 50% of the price is to be deposited at the end of the consultation to secure your slot. Please note that any payment made to Lyla Couture are non-refundable.
- After you book your consultation please follow the directions on the confirmation email and complete the “CUSTOM INQUIRY” Form (it is very important to complete this form). The link is provided in the booking confirmation email.
- A reminder message and email will be sent out you a day before your consultation to confirm if you would prefer a virtual or an in-person consultation.

Lyla was so amazing, so patient with me through the entire process and so understanding. Designing the dress and seeing it come to life was so fun! I had an amazing time and even though my dress was a little different compared to others, it still felt so special AND I got so many compliments throughout the entire night!! She finished my dress quickly and even the slight changes I needed were completed in a day! She ate downnn🤏🏾🙂↕️. Now my younger cousins wishes to book with her for their prom lol. Working with Laly to make my prom dress inspiration come to life was amazing. She is such a nice and kindhearted person who is very understanding. After being scammed with a different designer, she took my order on short notice. While making my dress she was patient with me as well as every detail was to my liking. I ended up getting the prom dress to my exact liking and having an amazing prom. At the end of the prom night I left winning best dressed. Thank you so much. Sent her a inspo picture had a plan, SHE DELIVERED ! She literally made my vision come to LIFE ! She was literally so patient with me the entire time and communicated so well! Dress was so beautiful and fit so well, even though our consultation was over the phone everything fitted so well. Overall experience was 10000/10 I definitely recommend!
